JK9 General Bonus Terms
These general terms explain common promotion conditions. The specific promotion page takes priority when it states different eligibility, amount, turnover, game, expiry or withdrawal rules.
Eligibility
- One member and one account unless the promotion states otherwise.
- Accurate registration and payment information may be required.
- Some campaigns are limited to new members, selected members or a claim period.
- Duplicate or linked accounts may be excluded.
Turnover and Eligible Games
Promotional credit may require eligible wagering before withdrawal. Excluded games, providers, maximum bets and play patterns are stated in the applicable campaign. Bets on excluded products may not count.
Expiry and Withdrawal
Claim and completion deadlines apply. Expired promotional balance or winnings may be removed. Maximum withdrawal, verification and account-name matching requirements may apply.
Fair Use
Promotion abuse, misleading information, collusion, duplicate accounts or attempts to bypass campaign restrictions may result in cancellation of promotional benefits, subject to the applicable terms and account review.
